本利用規約は、TAMA（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「のみごろ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of the iOS app "のみごろ" (hereinafter "the App") provided by TAMA ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. 利用許諾License

当社は、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的で使用する限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスをお客様に付与します。

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. 禁止事項Prohibited Actions

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改ざん・複製
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or duplicating the App
• 本アプリを商業目的で再配布・販売すること
• Redistributing or selling the App for commercial purposes
• 本アプリを違法な目的に使用すること
• Using the App for unlawful purposes
• 本アプリのセキュリティ機能を回避しようとする行為
• Attempting to circumvent any security features of the App

3. 医療に関する免責事項Medical Disclaimer

本アプリは服薬管理の補助ツールとして提供されるものであり、以下の点についてご注意ください。

This App is provided as a supplementary medication management tool. Please be aware of the following:

• 医師・薬剤師による医療アドバイスの代替となるものではありません
• It is not a substitute for medical advice from doctors or pharmacists
• 通知の遅延・未着が生じる場合があります（OS・端末の設定に依存します）
• Notifications may be delayed or undelivered depending on OS and device settings
• 服薬の最終判断は必ずご自身と医療従事者が行ってください
• Final decisions about medication must be made by you and your healthcare provider

4. 免責事項Disclaimer of Liability

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は以下について一切の責任を負いません。

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
• 通知の遅延・未着による服薬漏れ
• Missed doses due to delayed or undelivered notifications
• データの消失・破損
• Loss or corruption of data
• 第三者のサービス（iOS・iCloudなど）に起因する問題
• Issues caused by third-party services (iOS, iCloud, etc.)

5. データとバックアップData & Backup

本アプリのデータはお使いのデバイスに保存されます。デバイスの故障・交換・アプリのアンインストールによりデータが失われる場合があります。重要なデータは別途記録を保管することをお勧めします。

App data is stored on your device. Data may be lost due to device failure, replacement, or uninstallation of the App. We recommend keeping separate records of important information.

6. アップデートと終了Updates & Termination

当社は予告なく本アプリをアップデート、または提供を終了する場合があります。提供終了時には事前にお知らせするよう努めますが、保証はいたしかねます。

We may update or discontinue the App without prior notice. We will endeavor to notify users before discontinuation, but cannot guarantee it.

7. 準拠法Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

8. 規約の変更Changes to Terms

当社は本規約をいつでも変更できます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内またはこのページでお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを使用し続けることで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

We may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
