本アプリが扱うデータは以下のとおりです。これらはすべてお使いのデバイス内に保存されます。

• 薬の名称・用量・服用スケジュール
• Medication names, dosages, and schedules
• 服薬記録（服用・スキップ・メモ）
• Medication logs (taken, skipped, notes)
• 薬の写真（任意）
• Medication photos (optional)
• アプリの表示設定（テーマ・文字サイズなど）
• App display settings (theme, font size, etc.)

2. 情報の利用目的Purpose of Use

• 服薬スケジュールの管理と通知送信
• Managing medication schedules and sending reminders
• 服薬履歴の記録と表示
• Recording and displaying medication history
• アプリ設定の保存
• Saving app preferences

3. 第三者への提供Third-Party Sharing

当社はお客様の情報を第三者に販売・貸与・開示することはありません。本アプリは外部サーバーへのデータ送信を行わないため、第三者がデータにアクセスする手段はありません。

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third party. Since this app does not transmit data to external servers, there is no means for third parties to access your data.

4. プッシュ通知Push Notifications

服薬リマインダーとしてプッシュ通知を送信します。通知の許可はiOSの設定からいつでも変更できます。通知に関するデータは端末内でのみ処理されます。

We send push notifications as medication reminders. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Notification data is processed only on your device.

5. カメラ・フォトライブラリCamera & Photo Library

薬の写真を登録する場合、カメラまたはフォトライブラリへのアクセス許可が必要です。取得した写真データは端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

To register a medication photo, permission to access your camera or photo library is required. Photo data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally.

6. データの削除Data Deletion

本アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのデータがデバイスから削除されます。当社のサーバーにはデータが存在しないため、当社側での削除操作は不要です。

Uninstalling the app removes all data from your device. Since no data exists on our servers, no deletion request to us is necessary.

7. 子どものプライバシーChildren's Privacy

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

8. ポリシーの変更Changes to This Policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合、このページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

If we update this policy, we will revise this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
