Stellar Fluxは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本ポリシーでは、当アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

Stellar Fluxは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります：

購入情報: アプリ内課金（Pro Unlock）の購入状態は、Apple App Storeおよび端末上に保存されます。当方のサーバーに購入情報を送信することはありません。
設定データ: テーマ設定やカスタマイズ内容は端末のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。
センサーデータ: ジャイロ連動機能を使用する場合、端末の加速度センサーデータをリアルタイムで読み取りますが、記録・送信は一切行いません。

2. 収集しない情報

当アプリは以下の情報を一切収集しません：

氏名、メールアドレス等の個人識別情報
位置情報
連絡先情報
閲覧履歴やトラッキングデータ
広告識別子（IDFA）

3. データの保存場所

すべてのユーザーデータ（設定、プリセット、購入状態）は端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへのデータ送信は行いません。

4. 第三者サービス

当アプリはアプリ内課金にAppleのApp Store決済システムを使用しています。Appleのプライバシーポリシーについてはapple.com/privacyをご確認ください。

広告SDKやアナリティクスSDKは使用していません。

5. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス

壁紙保存機能を使用する場合、写真ライブラリへの書き込み権限を要求します。この権限は壁紙画像の保存にのみ使用され、既存の写真を読み取ることはありません。

6. お子様のプライバシー

当アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。

Stellar Flux respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we handle information in our app.

1. Information We Collect

Stellar Flux may collect the following information:

Purchase Information: In-app purchase (Pro Unlock) status is stored on the Apple App Store and your device. We do not transmit purchase information to our servers.
Settings Data: Theme settings and customization preferences are stored only in your device's local storage.
Sensor Data: When using the gyroscope feature, accelerometer data is read in real-time but is never recorded or transmitted.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

This app does not collect any of the following:

Personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.)
Location data
Contact information
Browsing history or tracking data
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

3. Data Storage

All user data (settings, presets, purchase status) is stored exclusively in your device's local storage. No data is transmitted to external servers.

4. Third-Party Services

This app uses Apple's App Store payment system for in-app purchases. Please refer to apple.com/privacy for Apple's privacy policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

5. Photo Library Access

When using the wallpaper save feature, we request write access to your photo library. This permission is used solely for saving wallpaper images and does not read your existing photos.

6. Children's Privacy

This app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
